Do you know any 17 to 23 year old at college or university who
wants to win a prize of US$500 or £300? ***** The North American Branch is
delighted to announce that, for the first time, it is offering
its Essay Competition to the children and grandchildren of
ALL full Society
members worldwide. The competition is open to any student,
aged between 17 and 23 as at 1st January 2022, who is
currently attending College or University.

An essay of one
thousand words on any Clan MacThomas or Scottish topic may be
submitted for consideration. The winner will receive a prize
of US$ 500 or equivalent. Essays should be submitted
electronically by 31st March 2022. Judging will be undertaken
in the following month and the winner will be announced by
the end of May.
