Your payment for the Events that you have booked to
attend at the Gathering needs to reach the Society by the 30th
June 2017 at the latest.

You should hopefully have made a note of the total amount
due when you made your booking. However we will also be
sending an e-mail confirming this amount at the beginning of
June 2017.

If you have access to an account with a UK bank then you
can either send us a cheque or make an electronic transfer to
our bank account.

If you do not have a UK bank
account then you must make your payment using
PayPal. There is a small surcharge for paying by PayPal.

We would stress that you do not have to have a PayPal
account in order to make a payment using Paypal - just a
credit or debit card. Please just ignore the prompts to open a
PayPal account.
