Members & Supporters Staying at Scotland's Hotel.

The Highland
Gathering will take place between Wednesday 23rd and Monday
28th August 2017 and will be based at Scotland's Hotel in
Pitlochry, Perthshire.
Full details were published in the brochure which
was sent to Society members in December 2016.******
Inclusive
Packages:
Following feedback from members the Gathering has been
organised as a series of "all-inclusive" packages. From
check-in to check-out, accommodation, coach travel, Gathering
events and most meals (but not drinks) are included in the
price for the package. For the best value and experience we
strongly recommend the 6 day package costing only
£480.00 per person (based
on double occupancy in a standard room).******

February 2017.
After this date Tattoo tickets will
not be available. ******
Tattoo
Tickets:
● For those checking-in to
Scotland's Hotel on Wednesday 23rd
August, your
package will include Tattoo tickets and
return coach travel to Edinburgh
● For those checking-in to Scotland's Hotel later in the
week, you can still order
and pay for Tattoo tickets as part of
the package booking process. The tickets
will be mailed to you in late June.

Extras:
Package upgrades and extended dates are available at the
following rates:

Immediately before or after the
Gathering dates: double/twin £95, single £ 75
per night (Bed and Breakfast
basis).
Room
Upgrades:
Executive Double £20, Junior
Suite £40 (per night surcharge on double rate).
Children:
Triple Room
£50 per night surcharge on the double/twin rate.
(Third bed for 1 child only)
Plus a "Gathering Charge" according to
the age of the child and the events to be
attended away from the hotel.
Dogs:
Charged at £10 per night (at
Hotel manager's discretion).
There will be small surcharges for
non-members and for payment by PayPal.
Payments:
A "Hotel Deposit" of £100.00 per
person is required with your booking.
(Plus full payment for Tattoo tickets
if you wish to attend and are not checking-in at Scotland's
Hotel for the night of the 23rd August).
Two additional payments will be required:
1. A "Gathering Charge" to be paid to the Society
before 30th June 2017.
We will contact you to request
this payment.
2. The balance of the package cost to the Hotel on
check-out.
You will be
asked to pay for additional nights and dogs at this
time.
The Hotel may ask for your card details when
you check-in.

All Scotland's
Hotel Bookings must be made via the Clan Society who
have booked all the rooms. Rooms are
only available as part of an
"all-inclusive" packages. It will not be possible to
stay at Scotland's Hotel without booking a package.
Please do not try to contact the hotel direct
or book via their website.
u
Edinburgh Hotels
get booked up very early throughout the Edinburgh
Festival in August and are often very expensive. Council
strongly recommends that you book into the Gathering
Hotel on 23rd August and take the coach provided to
Edinburgh and back on the night of the Royal Military
Tattoo.
