Complete Registration Form

It is not always possible for Society to identify members from the information given to us by Scotland's Hotel. It is therefore imperative that you advise Society that you are attending as soon as possible. This will ensure that you get all future mailings about the Gathering.

The easiest way to register is to complete the on-line Registration Form by selecting the button to the right.

Book for Individual Events

Members and friends attending the Gathering are asked to book in advance for many of the individual events so that the appropriate plans can be made. The deadline for doing this is 13th June 2014.

There are three ways to complete your booking. Please select the approriate button:

a. Complete our on-line Booking Form. The form will calculate the

     amount payable to the Society in advance for you. This is our

     preferred option.       

or

b.  Download and complete an MS Word Booking Form and return it*

     to us by e-mail or mail. This form will also calculate the amount

     payable in advance for you.  

or

c.  Download and complete a PDF Booking Form and return it to us*

      by e-mail (by scanning) or mail. On this form you will have to do

       your own calculations.    

Note: The amounts calculated on these forms assume payment by*

           Sterling Cheque. There will be a small surcharge for payments

           by PayPal/Credit Card/Debit Card. 

           A Non-Member Registration Fee of £10.00 per person is only

           payable if no member of your party is a current member of the

           Society.

Payment for Key Events

Members and friends are required to pay for certain key events at the Gathering. Payments must reach the Society before 31st July 2014. If you prefer payment can be sent at the same time as your booking form.

The two main ways of making your payments:

a.  By sterling cheque drawn on a UK Bank or Building Society for the

         amount calculated on your Booking Form. Please click for further

           information.

Clan Raffle

The Gathering will, as usual, include a Clan Raffle. This will take place after the Dinner on Saturday 23rd August. Tickets will be on sale from the time that you arrive in Pitlochry.

Members are asked to donate prizes for the Raffle. These should ideally reflect the country or area where you live.
