The Old Bailey

This index contains summary information extracted from the proceedings of London’s central criminal court known as the Old Bailey, for the period 1674 to 1813. It is in alphabetical order in relation to the sept names of the Clan MacThomas. It should be appreciated that you can search for names not only for people on trial, but for all people mentioned, including witnesses and jurors.

All sept names were searched. Thomas and Thomson have not been included as there were 381 and 317 entries. Although care was taken in extracting these entries, errors may have occurred.
