Alexandria "Sandi" Thom is the renowned
Scottish singer-songwriter and multi-instrumentalist. She was
born in Banff in Aberdeenshire in 1981.

Sandi became widely
known in 2006 after a series of webcasts and the success of
the single "I Wish I Was a Punk Rocker (With Flowers in My
Hair)". She has since released four studio albums -
"Smile... It Confuses People" in 2006, "The Pink & The
Lily" in 2008, "Merchants and Thieves" in 2010 and most
recently "Flesh And Blood" in 2012.

She now
lives in the Middle East, but regularly tours in Europe and other
parts of the world. Her tours invariably include visits back
to her native Scotland.

Sandi and
other members of her family have for many years been
members of the Clan MacThomas Society.
