There are
several ways of registering for the Gathering and booking for
the various events. Payments for several key events must also
be made in advance.
1. Mail
Option:
A
combined Registration and Event Booking form was mailed
to all members with the Society New Year Newsletter
during February 2011. Simply fill this in and return it
to the Society Treasurer at the address on the form
together with your remittance for the key events.
Please remember to put a number against ALL
events on the Booking form - even if they are free of
charge.
If
you have already completed the on line registration
form, then it will not be necessary to complete
some of the questions on the Registration part of the
paper form.
If you have mislaid your form then you can
download it in either Word or PDF format from the
members secure area of this website. The Word version
will allow you to type your details on the form. If you
do not have access, then please contact the
Treasurer.
2. Full On Line
Option:
2.1
If
you have not already done so please provide full details
of your party on the on line registration form by
clicking on the "Register" button to the right. Please
remember to indicate the ages of anyone under 16
years.

Please use the "Book Events" button to the
right to complete the on line form advising how many of
your party will be attending each of the events over the
Gathering weekend - even those for which there
is no charge.

2.3
There are certain key events for which you are
required to pay in advance. Please use the button to the
right if you would like to make your payment by
PayPal.
Please note that there is a small surcharge for
using this method of payment to cover the charges made
by PayPal.
Please do NOT use the Donate
button elsewhere on the website for paying for
events.

3. Mixed Option:
If
you prefer to pay by personal cheque, you can Register
and Book for the Events on line immediately and then
send your cheque for the key events to the Treasurer at
the address shown on the paper form. This address is
also available in the Members Secure area of the
website. All cheques should arrive no later than 3oth
March 2011
Notes:
1.
Accommodation costs should be paid directly to
the hotel or wherever you are staying. Payment for bar
lunches and the various sporting events should be
settled on the day.
2.
Payments for the Key Events should be made no
later than 30th March 2011 - either by Sterling Cheque
or by PayPal. Cheques should be payable to "Clan
MacThomas Society".
