Scotland's Hotel and to book one (or more) of our

PACKAGES for the Highland Gathering.

On the form
please just select your arrival (check-in) date, your
departure (check-out) date and the type of room for each
package/room that you wish to book and the cost of the
package will be displayed.

The form will
allow you to book up to five
packages/rooms for your party. If you wish to book
more than this then we
must ask that you complete an additional form. We
apologise for this inconvenience.

Please just
ignore the drop-downs for the rooms that you do not wish
to book.

If you are
checking-in at Scotland's hotel AFTER 23rd August, but
still wish to attend the Royal Edinburgh Military Tattoo, then you will need
enter the number of tickets that you require in
the space provided on
the form. If you are checking-in ON 23rd then please do
not enter a figure -
your tickets will form part of your
package.

The form will
calculate the "Total Cost" for your Package including
any extra Tattoo tickets. It will also show the amount that is "Due
Now". The "Due Now" figure is the sum of the "Hotel
Deposit"and the full cost of
any extra Tattoo tickets.

In addition to the
"Due Now" payment, you will be asked you to make two
further payments. The first, the "Gathering Charge", must be paid before the end
of June. We will send you an e-mail to
prompt
this payment. The balance of the
Total Cost will be payable to the
Hotel on
check-out.

Will you please note
that Triple Rooms are only intended for a family of two
adults and one child - the
prices have been calculated
accordingly.

All prices quoted on
the form are for members who pay cheque or bank transfer
from a UK based bank. There
will be surcharges for non-members and for any payments
that are made by PayPal.

Please use the
"Additional Room Requirements" box if you wish to book
rooms before or after the
Gathering or wish to bring a dog. Charges for these
items will NOT be included in the totals calculated by
the form.

We suggest that you
should take a note of amounts payable (or take a screen
dump of this page) before

After you have
submitted your Registration/Booking you will be asked to
make your "Due Now" payment.

"Due Now" payment, please do not
