the Gathering but NOT Staying at Scotland's Hotel.

Introduction:
The Highland Gathering will
take place between Wednesday 23rd and Monday 28th August 2017
and will be based at Scotland's Hotel in Pitlochry,
Perthshire.
Full details were published in the brochure
which was sent to Society members in December 2016.

The Society is keen that
as many members and supporters as possible should stay
at Scotland's Hotel in Pitlochry and pay a full part in
all the activities.

However we do understand
that there may be reasons why a number of members and
supporters will decide to stay elsewhere - or even at
home, if they live locally.
The process that follows
allows such members to register for the Gathering and to
book and pay for tickets for the individual events that
they they wish to attend.

In this section we outline
the steps that need to be taken by members and
supporters, who do not wish to book a package at Scotland
Hotel but wish to attend all or some of the events at the
Gathering. There are links to the key parts of the

Consolidated Registration and Event Booking Form
and Pay NOW for Events.
Please use this button if you have incorrectly
exited the Register & Event
Booking function without paying for the events.
The Society does understand that some members may struggle to
pay for the events that they wish to attend before 20th
February. We can therefore offer an alternative phased booking
process. We must, however, stress that the deadline for
Registration and the purchase of tickets for the Royal
Military Tattoo remains as 20th
February 2017. After that date we will unable to
obtain more of the tickets.

Additional Notes and Information:

Edinburgh Hotels
get booked up very early throughout the Edinburgh
Festival in August and are often very expensive. Council
strongly recommends that you book into accommodation in
the Pitlochry area and take the coach provided to
Edinburgh and back on the night of the Royal Military
Tattoo.
