The Clan Quiz will take place on the evening of Sunday 24th
August at Scotland's Hotel.

Teams of three
will compete against one another to see who knows the most
about the Clan, Scotland and other items of general interest.
There will be prizes!!

Some of the
answers to the questions may be found on this website; so
maybe in advance members might like to use this medium to do
some research. A good read of "The History of the Clan
MacThomas" might also be useful. To ensure that no cheating
takes place members will not be permitted to use electronic
devices or the book during the quiz. It is all about
memory.

Your webmaster
has suggested to the Quizmaster that some of the questions
should relate specifically to this website. So it
is recommended that in the run up to the Gathering
members should keep a keen eye on "What is New?", the various
news pages and the Member's Musings section - lots of obscure
material there!!!
