Booking
Please use the form below to send your bookings for the
various individual events at the Gathering to the Society. We
would like to receive all completed forms
by 13th June 2014 so that we have a
clear idea of the numbers for each event.

It is important that you book for
all the events that you wish to attend - not just for those
which you have to pay for in advance. The Society needs this
information now so that appropriate arrangements can be
made.

Please complete all the fields shaded in pink, select
your intended payment method and add any notes that are
relevant. The form will calculate the costs for the Key Events
(shaded in darker pink) for you. These costs will be slightly
higher if you decide to pay by PayPal using your
Credit/Debit card.

If you prefer to pay in an alternative way please leave
the payment method buttons blank and
contact the
Society Treasurer.

We suggest that you try to make a copy of the completed
form before pressing the "Submit Booking" button. If this
proves difficult1 then please at least
make a note of the amount payable. The Treasurer
will be able to send you a printout of your
bookings if
requested.

Your payment for the Key Events should reach the
Society before 31st July 2014.

When using this form please be ensure that you fill
in all the "required" fields before pressing the "Submit
Booking" button. Otherwise an error screen will
appear and you will loose everything that you have
input.

Please do not use the "Enter" or "Return" keys to move
between the fields on the form otherwise you may submit the
form earlier than intended. Move between fields using the
"Tab" key or by using your mouse.

You can abandon sending the form by closing the Spam
Prevention screen without pressing the "Verify" button.
