are now pleased to be able to offer members in the UK, Europe
and other countries in the world, where there is no formal
branch, the opportunity to pay their membership subscriptions
and annual donations using the PayPal Recurring Payment
facility.

The basic
subscription rates for this method of payment are the
same that you would pay if you made an annual
payment by PayPal. The advantage to the member is that he
or she does not have the inconvenience of having
to arrange the payment each year. It also means
that he or she will not be bothered by the Society
Treasurer!

Because PayPal charges the Society
for its services, the rates for paying by PayPal are
slightly more than those for payment by cheque. However
members do save the cost of postage.

Recurring payments are made on the
anniversary of the first payment being made. To assist our
administration, we would ask that this facility is only used
in the first three months of any calendar year.

You do not have to have your
own PayPal Account in order to set up a recurring
payment. You can simply use
your Credit or Debit card. If Sterling is not your home
currency then PayPal or your card provider will convert your
payment using the prevailing exchange rate at the time of each
payment.

If you have a PayPal account then you
can cancel your recurring payment at any time by logging into
your account on-line. It would help if you could advise the
Society Treasurer if you decide to do this.

If you prefer, or do not have a PayPal
Account, then you can ask the Treasurer to cancel future
payments for you. Please do this at least seven days before
your next payment is due.

We do guarantee to refund any payments
made in error provided that you ask us with 40 days of the
payment being taken.
