As
a result of a number of requests from members and subsequent
discussions at the Society Annual General Meeting in London
early in October 2016, it has been decided that the Society
should publish a secure "on-line"
Directory of Members. It is hoped that the publication of
contact information will allow members to communicate
with fellow clansfolk in their area and hence promote the
Society's aim of developing kinship.

The Society Council is most
concerned about data protection regulations and has
therefore decided that in most countries Members must OPT
IN for their details to be included in the Directory.
This means that details will not be published unless we have
the Member's express permission to do so.

In order to make
their preferences known, ALL members are asked to
complete the form below as soon as possible. Members who do
not respond will be assumed to have opted out of the
Directory.

the "Make Contact with the Society" box then only your
name, country and state/county will appear in the
directory together with a note saying that your
information is available from a Society Officer on
request. You will not be consulted before your details
are given to the enquiring member. Such information will
only be released to current (paid
up) Society
Members.

In some
instances in the UK addresses do not include a County
name. Under these circumstances a "City" name (such as
"London") will appear.

the UK, the Country shown will be either Scotland,
England, Wales or Northern
Ireland.

when published, will only show information for current
full and associate members of the Society. Details will
be removed if a member has not paid his/her subscription
for the current year within the first six months of a
Calendar year or has formally resigned.
