Clan Emigrants to Canada Back

This is an index of sept names from a book published in 1995 entitled "A Dictionary of Scottish Emigrants to Canada before Confederation, Volume 2”, by Donald Whyte. This book is a limited index of Scottish emigrants who arrived before 1867.

For some of the emigrants more research may be needed in order to claim an association with the Clan MacThomas. It is recommended that, if possible, any entry of interest be checked with the entry in Whyte’s book.

Spouses and children have their own entry on occasions, as well as being listed as husband/wife and their children. Additional information may be found on web sites such as "world connect". Please appreciate that some errors could have been made whilst extracting the data.
